The outdoor state of mind
Marcus Construction is a highly regarded landscape and construction company based in Melbourne. The founders had a vision to create a stand-alone business, focused primarily on playgrounds.
When they first met with Stan/Lee, the founders came with nothing more than their idea. Our challenge was to name that idea, build a brand around it, and then bring that idea to life.
We named the brand Urbania and positioned it around what we called the outdoor state of mind. To differentiate Urbania from every other playground installer and supplier, we put a visual focus on joy and tinted all brand photography with a filter that evoked Kodachrome memories.
